"Now if you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon, and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired." - George S. Patton

In Case You've Missed Me...

Long time no see! I just wanted to let all of my awesome followers on THIS blog know that since my last entry I've kind of refocused my attention. I've started another blog:  New Blog!

I'm sure there will be plenty new running stories in the future, but I'm trying something new. I hope you will follow me there! :)

  1. Kristina,
I came across a few of your blogs after doing some searches on running. As of this last weekend I am really interested in getting back in to running. My family and I currently live in the great Puget Sound area, and I am looking for knew areas or different trails to explore. Also I was wondering if you know of any great (beginner) runs that may be coming up in the Seattle/Tacoma area that you would reccomend on running in?
    Thanks, Jake

  2. Hey there! You can run a search at Databarevents.com for local races that might interest you, or join in the fun in October for the Sacks of Love 5k in Puyallup! Congrats on starting to run again!

    1. Awesome...thanks for the info!
